About The Position

Altruist is entering an exciting new phase, and we're looking for an Advisor Operations Analyst to join our Advisor Operations Team with a focus on money movement, treasury, and IRA transaction coding.

Nice To Haves

1+ years experience working with IRAs, cost basis, or banking/money movement
FINRA SIE, Series 7..
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate in a cross-functional and flexible capacity serving various processes as needed with a focus on money movement and IRA maintenance.
Learn and comprehend each team’s prescribed policies and procedures in order to provide timely and accurate processing of advisor requests.
Often switch between autonomous and collaborative tasks across the various Advisor Operations teams.
Collaborate and engage cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Clearing Operations, and Customer Support to ensure our customers have a delightful experience.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
Responsible for identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities.
