Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, commercial operations, or commercial support functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Legally authorized to work in the posting country.

Nice To Haves

  • Highly proficient in Allegro and advanced SAP S/4 HANA functionalities.
  • Demonstrated experience as a technical subject matter expert, leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong business insight into commercial operations and the downstream value chain.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and driving operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity, make sound decisions, and ensure accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze organizational reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reporting, KPI tracking, and dashboard standards.
  • Develop and implement process and system configuration solutions to support new or changing business needs.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify key trends, themes, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with commercial front office, support groups, and IT to design and implement system solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize system-specific data and reporting tools.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training on new systems and processes.
  • Proactively share knowledge and provide specialist advice on data, analytics, and system configuration.
  • Occasionally work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
