About The Position

The Advisor III, Directory Services & Federation works on the Identity Management team supporting various directory structures, identity governance, privileged access management, federation, remote access, multi-factor authentication, and key management across on-prem and cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 or more years of Information Technology experience
  • Willing and able to travel to provide afterhours on-call support on a rotational basis

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology
  • 3 or more years of experience working with identity and access management solutions, in particular with Active Directory
  • Experience with technical service delivery
  • Architecture and operational knowledge of key tools, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, PKI/Certificate Management
  • Development experience using .NET or PowerShell
  • Strong Active Directory and Directory Services knowledge including LDAP
  • Basic understanding of Networks and Firewalls
  • Knowledge of Public Key Cryptography Standards
  • Knowledge of authorization and access management solutions including Kerberos, SAML, NTLM, and oAuth
  • Understanding of cloud security models, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environment knowledge
  • Knowledge of Role Based Access Controls

Responsibilities

  • Support the environment for Identity management, including key tools such as Active Directory, Entra ID, CyberArk, Saviynt IGA, and KeyFactor PKI.
  • Design federated solutions across multiple directory services for intranet and extranet environments.
  • Proactively monitor and improve the health and reliability of the environment.
  • Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans and participate in drills.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policy.
  • Create and maintain group policy (GPOs).
  • Administer virtual servers and cloud services.
  • Create and update technical documentation.
  • Provide 24x7 on call support on a rotational basis.
  • Seek cost improvement and utilization of existing processes, as well as identify and implement process improvements.
  • Consult with other teams consuming IAM tools and functions.
