As an Advisor of Customer Support Operations at TransUnion, you will consult and demonstrate highly sophisticated or unique knowledge and understanding of concepts, theories, and procedures to address highly complex problems related to telecommunication products which are not clearly defined. You will set objectives and solve problems of complex issues where analysis requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors, anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues, and operate with no supervision in a complex environment.
