About The Position
Become an Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow by joining one of the global leaders in clean energy procurement. In this role, you'll be part of the Contract Compliance & Technical Services (CC&TS) team. The successful candidate will support commercial contract management, origination, compliance and regulatory activities for one of the nation's largest, and rapidly growing, contracted clean energy and energy storage portfolios (11+ GW clean energy generation, 8+ GW energy storage). You will be responsible for administering a variety of compliance programs and associated energy contract databases and system, and will be a part of teams supporting SCE energy procurement activities, and a variety of other activities. The CC&TS team oversees compliance activities related to a portfolio of more than 400 utility-scale renewable and non-renewable energy contracts and manages regular compliance activities, the administration of the Western Renewable Energy Generation Information System (WREGIS), energy contract databases and systems, and the management of Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) transactions to ensure the company's compliance with its renewable energy targets. As an Advisor in the Contract Compliance and Technical Services team, you will apply your technical savvy in data base and system management with contracts knowledge, to effectively manage compliance and reporting obligations, and support SCE's energy procurement activities.
