About The Position

Join Our Team as an Advertising Sales Representative at Walden Galleria! Are you a creative and driven individual passionate about sales, marketing, and making an impact? Pyramid Management Group is excited to welcome a dynamic Advertising Sales Representative to our team at Walden Galleria, one of the premier shopping and entertainment destinations in the country. As an Advertising Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to shape the advertising landscape at Walden Galleria while building relationships with businesses, agencies, and sponsors. Your "Home Base" is Walden Galleria but you'll have the opportunity to sell advertising opportunities across our entire portfolio of shopping centers. This role is ideal for self-starters looking for an exciting, fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to innovate and grow.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Proven success in sales or advertising, preferably in the local market.
• Skills & Qualities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Creative thinker with a customer-focused mindset.
• Results-oriented and excited by the opportunity to exceed goals.
• Collaborative and able to foster productive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Sell diverse advertising opportunities, including banners, window clings, onsite digital ads, email marketing, social media, and website placements.
• Collaborate with advertisers, agencies, and sponsors to develop impactful campaigns.
• Identify and pitch unique sponsorship opportunities to outside companies.
• Negotiate competitive and creative advertising deals to maximize revenue.
• Brainstorm and implement innovative strategies to expand advertising offerings.
• Partner closely with the Marketing Director and General Manager to align goals and strategies.
• Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing competitors' advertising programs and trends in the market.
• Manage advertising contracts and legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and report on key metrics, including revenue, sales, and budgets, ensuring transparency and progress toward goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and business partners.
• Responsibilities include occasional weekend MOD (Manager on Duty) shifts, providing opportunities to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on management experience. This is on a rotating schedule shared amongst all the mall office employees.
