The Advertising Operations Specialist plays a vital role in assisting Customer Success Managers and Digital Advertising Analysts/Strategists with essential tasks related to client accounts by communicating directly with clients, proactively addressing their technical needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. By taking ownership of client communication and technical support, the Advertising Operations Analyst allows CSM’s to focus on strategic account management and business development activities. Inbound email and chat tasks will be delegated to Technical Account Managers’ to troubleshoot, assist, and resolve with a high level of customer service. This is a fully remote, part-time role (20 hours per week) reporting to the Director of Digital Advertising. You’ll have a flexible schedule, as long as your hours fall within standard business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST).
