Overview The Ad Ops Manager leads the end-to-end execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across podcasts, YouTube, and digital platforms. This role owns trafficking systems, delivery standards, QA processes, compliance, and cross-team coordination. The manager partners closely with Partnerships, Production, and Finance to ensure campaigns launch on time, deliver in full, and meet brand and agency expectations. Candidates should bring 4–6 years of experience in advertising operations or digital media and be ready to own workflow design, platform oversight, and continuous improvement.
