Thrive in a fast-paced environment? T-Mobile is looking for a highly motivated, dedicated professional to join our advertising team as an Advertising Manager. The General Market Advertising Team creates and manages all national campaigns targeting a broad U.S. consumer audience, including Brand, Network, Postpaid Mobile (device launches, offers, etc), T-Internet, and other national products. Advertising tactics include leading the execution of advertising tactics nationwide, driving creative strategy aligned with T-Mobile's traffic-driving goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years advertising or marketing communications experience (wireless or consumer tech preferred), or equivalent agency account management experience.
  • Deep understanding of the creative process sufficiently to intelligently and articulately communicate with agencies to translate business needs into creative solutions.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing, complex organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Nice To Haves

  • 4-6 years experience in Retail, US Wireless, Consumer Electronics, or Technology.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Workfront, Airtable.
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors.
  • Prior agency background preferred.
  • English/Spanish bilingual - preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project timelines, conduct agency briefings, and manage reviews of creative concepts and materials.
  • Manage feedback and revision processes, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Provide strategic direction to agencies aligned with T-Mobile's brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Lead creative execution of BTL tactics (e.g. Digital Display, OOH, Print), ensuring alignment with overall brand and marketing objectives.
  • Directly manage and negotiate legal clearances, partnering closely with legal teams to optimize creative outcomes and ensure compliance.
  • Support the Senior Advertising Manager in project execution for ATL tactics (e.g. Video, Radio).
  • Manage timelines, coordinate legal clearances, and assist with creative reviews to ensure strategic alignment and compliance.
  • Efficiently manage multiple simultaneous projects across diverse teams.
  • Act as primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Facilitate organized approval processes involving legal, third-party stakeholders, business owners, and management.
  • Ensure timely campaign delivery within established budget constraints.
  • Proactively resolve operational challenges affecting project quality and timelines.
