About The Position
Join Hearst Connecticut Media Group to help deliver impactful media campaigns for our customers, leveraging our rich history, extensive audience reach, best-in-class advertising solutions, and the power of cutting-edge AI tools! Hearst Newspapers is seeking a passionate and dynamic Advertising Director to lead our sales teams at Hearst Connecticut Media Group both inside and outside the office. This pivotal role involves managing diverse sales channels, premise sales, and remote sales, to meet and surpass our revenue goals. The ideal candidate will bring innovative strategies and a proactive approach to our advertising sales department, ensuring both immediate wins and long-term growth. You will work closely with senior management at Hearst Connecticut Media Group to secure and nurture high-value customer relationships, ensuring immediate wins and long-term growth. This role will be located in our Meriden, CT office.
