About The Position

We are seeking a Sr Advertising & Creative Services Manager to leverage a combination of creative skills and strategic leadership to drive diverse experiences and products. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external agency partners across creative, strategy, media, research/data, and more to ensure cohesive creative execution for the brand. This individual contributor role requires self-sufficiency and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the advertising, telecom, and/or entertainment field.
  • Experience at an advertising agency, production, and/or film and TV is required.
  • Background in creative, media, design, communications, or a related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with all types of file formats.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; baseline knowledge of the MS Office suite is preferred.
  • Demonstrated drive to learn and experiment with new processes, teams, and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in establishing and implementing the creative platform for customer acquisition, including production of assets and performance optimization for all creative advertising across mass and digital performance media.
  • Manage creative agency relationships and oversee the development of online acquisition campaigns from brief to implementation, including campaign performance optimization and presenting results and recommendations to leadership.
  • Oversee the production of full-funnel creative advertising assets, including TV/linear video, out-of-home, audio, performance digital (social and display), internal communications, and earned media.
  • Optimize creative advertising performance through message testing, segmentation execution, and customer journey mapping.
  • Manage and optimize the non-working media budget, ensuring alignment with the paid media plan and delivering creative assets in partnership with the media team.
  • Identify, monitor, and analyze internal and external performance parameters to enhance campaign performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external resources, engaging with various functional teams and business units to drive business success and optimization.
  • Drive and maintain multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
