About The Position

An Advertising Coordinator position is available at Garney construction in N. Kansas City, MO. The Advertising Coordinator will support Garney’s national advertising and brand initiatives by coordinating the planning, execution, and reporting of advertising campaigns. This role works closely with internal creative teams, agency partners, and external vendors to manage creative assets, logistics, and timelines while ensuring campaigns align with company goals, budgets, and brand standards. The Advertising Coordinator plays a key role in supporting marketing operations and increasing brand visibility across digital, print, and event-based channels.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or communications.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, production, and delivery of advertising campaigns across digital, print, and event or sponsorship channels.
  • Support campaign timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
  • Assist with trafficking creative assets and coordinating production logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure advertising materials align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with agency partners and vendors to manage creative assets, schedules, and approvals.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all advertising deliverables.
  • Research advertising, media, and sponsorship opportunities to expand brand awareness and reach.
  • Support benchmarking and competitive research related to advertising efforts.
  • Assist in evaluating media options based on performance and budget considerations.
  • Track campaign performance and compile reports to support performance evaluation and optimization.
  • Monitor budgets, invoices, and expenses related to advertising initiatives.
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and campaign tracking.
  • Recommend adjustments to campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
  • Support marketing team initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain organized records of campaigns, assets, and vendor information.
