About The Position

The Advertising and Media Operations Technology Associate Manager supports the implementation and optimization of technologies enabling paid media activation, campaign delivery, and performance measurement. Working closely with the Advertising and Media Operations Technology Manager and various cross-functional teams, this role helps operationalize the technology roadmap, coordinates with global media and creative partners, and ensures accurate and secure data flows across platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about media technology and digital transformation, seeking to grow into a strategic leadership position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years in digital marketing, media operations, or advertising technology roles.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360.
  • Understanding of campaign tracking, taxonomy, and naming conventions.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Strong ability to manage timelines and track deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with external vendors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document processes and present project updates effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Curious and eager to learn about emerging technologies.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the marketing technology roadmap related to campaign planning, optimization, media, and creative operations.
  • Monitor industry trends in AdTech and provide insights and implications for Barilla.
  • Support configuration, integration, and rollout of advertising technologies in collaboration with global media and creative vendors.
  • Help define and document stakeholder roles and responsibilities for advertising technology use.
  • Contribute to taxonomy initiatives and implement naming conventions across digital channels.
  • Maintain documentation and dashboards to measure technology adoption, performance, and ROI.
  • Ensure digital solutions align with company technology standards and security requirements.
  • Oversee supplier relationships to ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality project execution.
