Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with deep understanding in Ads and Growth. 3 years and above experience in B2B lifecycle marketing is preferred.
  • Profound customer-centric mindset, able to design content copies from customers' perspective.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and a strong goal-oriented mindset. Adept at uncovering insights from data, identifying core issues and driving strategy optimization to achieve business targets.
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across different time zones. Bilingual (Fluent English and Mandarin speaking skills) are required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify Tiktok SMB advertisers' pain points throughout the entire lifecycle from leads nurturing, onboarding, to early-stage retention and reactivation.
  • Design lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive business metrics across all channels, including in-platform channel, Email, SMS, Voice Call, Whatsapp, etc.
  • Collaborate with product and RD teams to utilize AI for automatic and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the performance of all channels for reaching advertisers, and keep devising strategies to improve channels coverage and customer engagement.
