About The Position
As a Workforce Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our workforce planning and optimization initiatives. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing workforce data, operational process improvement, and contributing to the development of strategies to enhance organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a passion for workforce planning, theme parks, operational efficiency, and/or data analytics.
