This is a position that will assist the Food & Beverage (F&B) department in all aspects of amusement park operations. From overseeing personnel, execution, inventory, and more, the student will be exposed to many different aspects of park operations. The student will have the opportunity to be part of the full breadth of a park season. This position involves the management of alcohol sales throughout the park, overseeing numerous hosts and managing operations that yield more than $1 million in sales. The student will have the opportunity to develop and extend communication, leadership and critical thinking skills through extensive contact with department heads, managers, hosts, and guests.
