About The Position
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Adventure Station Team to join our team. This role is often the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in creating a positive, welcoming experience. The Adventure Station Team assists guests with check-ins for RV sites and lodging accommodations, ticket purchases, season pass processing, while providing helpful information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation/check in systems
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience preferred but not required
