About The Position
The position is located at the Walter Ambrose Family Center in Webster Groves, MO, and is a full-time role for the 2024-2025 school year. The primary responsibility is to supervise ADVC Site Assistants, ADVC Site Managers, and ADVC Site Leads. The role involves selecting, recruiting, and training new staff members at all sites with the assistance of site managers, conducting staff and family surveys, and overseeing payroll information. Additionally, the position includes providing leadership and support for the Adventure Club Program, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
