The campaign is being led by many enthusiastic volunteers representing all areas of the University of Nebraska System. This position will work in our Lincoln or Omaha office. We offer flexibility for hybrid work.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience that demonstrates strong project management and technical skills.
  • Ability to work with information technology and learning management programs, systems, and methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and processes in simple terms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Candidates will also be evaluated on our core values of passion for mission, integrity, and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

  • Certificate in eLearning or Learning and Development.
  • Experience with CRM or knowledge of eAuthoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Vyond Video Creation.

Responsibilities

  • Transform knowledge into learning solutions by identifying learning objectives, design, develop and deliver web-based eLearning, on-the-job, and classroom learning programs through multiple modalities.
  • Ensure new courses and delivery methods effectively promote the knowledge and skills necessary to use and integrate complex applications and systems.
  • Develop training deliverables, including training manuals, job aids, learning resources, digital engagement tools, and videos while adhering to instructional and branding design standards.
  • Establish priorities and direction for advancement system learning and development programs.
  • Consult with trainees to identify opportunities for process improvement, answer questions, and provide best practice solutions.
