Requirements

  • Proficiency in a networked environment with Windows and a variety of software applications including email, Excel, Word, and Raisers Edge fundraising software
  • Ability to understand complex concepts
  • Ability to process complex financial data with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong math and language skills
  • Associate's degree required
  • Must have 1 or more years' experience working in a fiscal environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in fundraising office maintaining a donor database and booking gifts is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Records gifts, pledges, memberships and matching gifts into donor database, Blackbaud Raisers Edge
  • Creates, edits and updates donor database accounts and files
  • Performs inventory and clerical tasks as required
  • Produce, edit and proofread donor tax receipts
  • Extracts data from Raisers Edge to meet simple/common data request of the department
  • Maintains accuracy of funding opportunities within Raisers Edge
  • Merges duplicate records as identified
  • Scans documents into Perceptive Content and hard files to maintain donor documentation records
  • Manages session documentation related to gift batches
  • Performs regular data health and integrity tasks as identified by Director and Assistant Director
  • Other duties as assigned
