About The Position

Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company that specializes in servicing virtual and mobile medical practices. We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Account Executive for the full-time position of Advanced Wound Care Regional Account Executive for our client, Woundlocal. This role is pivotal in driving sales and marketing efforts for Woundlocal's mobile advanced wound care services. The primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with various healthcare facilities, including skilled nursing facilities, long-term care acute care facilities, assisted living facilities, home health, and hospice programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing contracts with professional facilities within the assigned region, ensuring that Woundlocal's services are effectively communicated and tailored to meet the specific needs of each facility. In this role, the Regional Account Executive will be tasked with achieving both personal and team production goals related to advanced wound care patient quotas. This includes obtaining new signed service contracts with facility partners and managing existing contracts to ensure they are up-to-date and reflective of the services provided. The position requires executing effective sales calls that not only identify the needs of the referral community but also clearly communicate the features and benefits of the Woundlocal service line. This involves thorough pre and post-call planning, establishing rapport with potential clients, employing effective questioning techniques, proposing tailored solutions, handling objections, and ultimately closing deals. The Regional Account Executive will also be responsible for implementing and documenting consistent sales activities across multiple contacts within each referral source. Understanding customer needs is crucial for providing customized solutions that foster new and continued referrals. Collaboration with Territory Account Managers is essential to support the assigned referral accounts effectively. The role requires a strategic approach to increase market share through key account development, which includes prospecting, diversification, and maintaining a consistent call frequency and routing strategy. Additionally, the Regional Account Executive will provide educational presentations and in-service appointments about advanced wound care and the Woundlocal mobile advanced wound care program. Administrative responsibilities include managing sales administration duties such as Salesforce entries, expense compliance, and timely communication via cell phone and email. The position is remote and requires the use of a personal vehicle, with approximately 80% of the time spent in the field engaging with customers and 20% on administrative tasks. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
