About The Position

Under direct or close supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders. We are looking for a talented Advanced Warehouse Operator to join our team in (Sumner, WA). Check incoming goods for damage and discrepancies with invoices; sort, label, and store products efficiently. Pick, pack, and ship outgoing goods according to orders, using manual or automated equipment. Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, report hazards, and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Perform quality checks, identify non-conforming material, and report issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Maintain a clean, orderly work area and perform routine housekeeping, equipment care, and maintenance tasks. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, skilled trades, and support staff. Participate in training and contribute to process improvements, safety initiatives, and material flow efficiency.
