About The Position
The position involves developing and installing robot and PLC applications for R&D. The candidate will work with stakeholders to understand current processes and issues, implementing customized robotic and PLC solutions to address the highest priority problems. Strong communication skills are essential for creating proposals, negotiating roles and responsibilities, and gaining approvals. The role also includes developing equipment procurement scopes of work, ensuring specifications are met from planning to production usage, and following Toyota's policies and procedures to ensure equipment and process safety. The candidate will present reports and updates to stakeholders, management, and executives, while also documenting the project process and maintaining project documentation.
