Wages Starting wage for a Caterpillar Field Service Power Generator Technician will depend on experience and education. $35.00 -$47.00 Responsibilities As a Field Service Power Generator Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of Caterpillar (CAT) Power Generation equipment and related systems. Requirements
