About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Secret Cleared Senior Systems Engineer in the Pittsfield, MA area.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus 2-7 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Systems Engineer experienced with one or more of the following areas: Test & Integration Engineering: hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing
- Requirements Engineering: documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): system modeling, simulations, and design analysis
- Hardware-Systems Engineering: design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems

- AI at Work: AI-Assisted Engineering — Ability to leverage generative AI tools to accelerate systems engineering tasks such as requirements analysis, test documentation, design trade studies, and report summarization
- AI Fluency — Comfort working with enterprise AI platforms and multiple AI models, including understanding when and how to apply AI effectively while following established guardrails for handling CUI and proprietary data
- Continuous AI Learning — Willingness to stay current with evolving AI capabilities and adopt new AI-enabled workflows to improve engineering productivity and quality
