About The Position

As an Advanced Systems Engineer, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for the full lifecycle of complex systems, from requirements definition through integration, verification, and validation. This role will lead the development of comprehensive test programs to verify system and subsystem requirements, lead the integration of system elements, and direct the execution of large-scale system verification testing, ensuring robust performance of electrical and electronic subsystems. Experience with power electronics, analog/digital circuit design, and schematic capture/simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Altium, OrCAD).• Design for Excellence: Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM), design for test (DFT), and EMC/EMI compliance.• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Proficiency with MBSE tools such as CAMEO or MagicDraw is a significant plus. Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
  • Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
