About The Position

As an Advanced Systems Engineer in our Undersea Mission Solutions business area, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the requirements analysis, definition and management, including but not limited to functional analysis, performance analysis, system architecture and design, and systems integration of ruggedized electronics equipment for the United States Navy and directly contribute to the technical design and production success of our programs. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Systems Engineering experience is required Experience with DOORS, MATLAB, Jira, and Agile methodologies Requirements Flow-down & Traceability System Architecture and integration Demonstrated skill driving the system-level requirements down to the design and test levels Working complex programs with multi-disciplinary engineering teams Demonstrated use and understanding of systems engineering strategies, principles, and measures Establishment and presentation of strategies and plans to internal and external customers Support failure investigation activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
  • 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire
  • U.S. citizenship required
