About The Position

As Space Force Golden Dome - Technical Performance Measures Systems Engineer, you’ll join a cross functional team supporting our nation's missile defense initiatives. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: System level Technical Performance Measures (TPM) development and analysis driving mission effectiveness with an ability to define segment budgets and system tradeoffs. Ability to derive system probabilistic analysis related to space ground systems and create and manage associated workbooks. Coordinate mission performance system design within an MBSE model. Drive interface definition development based on mission derived technical performance measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
• 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

• Agile experience preferred.
• Familiarity with flight dynamics management and space satellite systems.
• Cross company collaborative design development.
• Managing customer requirements and coordination.
