About The Position

As a Systems Engineer, you'll be a member of cross-functional hardware, software, and system design teams responsible for the realization of complex computing and communications systems. You'll contribute to CONOPS, requirements definition, system modeling, performance analysis, design, integration, test, and verification of these systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
• 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

• Agile experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SysML modeling principles.
• Experience with MagicDraw and/or Cameo.
• Lab experience including use of electronic test equipment.
• Experience with optical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CONOPS, requirements definition, system modeling, performance analysis, design, integration, test, and verification of complex computing and communications systems.
• Work with optical/RF communication systems.
• Define system behavior and system structure.
• Verify and validate system models.
• Design complex systems and subsystems.
• Automate modeling tools for generation of deliverables such as test plans and ICDs.
