Advanced Software Engineer
About The Position
Acara Solution is looking for an Advanced Software Engineer for our client located in Scottsdale, AZ . As a software engineer for the Space Force MUOS Program, you'll be a member of a cross-functional team. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team working on a real-time embedded project. The successful candidate will be responsible for solving complex system problems by analyzing both code and UML models used for code generation. Develop and maintain software for real-time embedded applications. Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues. Work with UML models to support model-based engineering. Collaborate with other engineers in a team-oriented, Agile/DevOps environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on real-time embedded systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience in model-based design
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development tools and methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
- Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance
- Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
