About The Position

As an Advanced Software Engineer within Honeywell’s Sparta Systems organization, you will play a critical role in building and enhancing Salesforce-based solutions supporting our TrackWise Digital and Quality Management platforms. You will design, develop, and optimize features using Salesforce Apex, contribute to solution architecture, and help scale platform capabilities that serve life sciences and other regulated industries. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Hamilton, NJ location on a Hybrid work schedule. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and QA teams within an Agile environment, delivering secure, compliant, and high-performance software. In this role, you will also help guide technical direction, mentor junior developers, and contribute to broader platform modernization efforts across Sparta Systems.
