About The Position
SB Energy is seeking a hands-on and curious engineering intern to support our Intelligent Energy Management System (IEMS) projects, particularly focused on Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA). This internship offers a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in renewable energy, controls, and data systems, while working closely with both technical teams and leadership. The Engineering and Innovation (E&I) team provides technical insights and assists decision-making across all life cycle phases of renewable projects, from development to operations and maintenance. The Innovation program ideates, evaluates, demonstrates, and deploys at-scale first-of-a-kind technologies, operating an Innovation Center near Denver, Colorado for field demonstrations of hardware, software, and business models.
