As a Behavior Technician, you will help kids with autism learn and grow! What you will be doing as a Behavior Therapist: Actively work with kids (18 months to school age) with autism in a center-based approach Implement principles of ABA therapy to help children one-on-one, in a team setting, to reach their goals Implement custom therapy programs to meet the unique treatment needs of each child Provide early intervention therapy to help children develop mentally, physically, emotionally, and vocationally through the provision of appropriate individualized programming and education Help children to progress in educational settings, social settings, and look to prepare children to eventually transition back to school Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to every child’s success What you will bring: All applicants are welcome! High school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience working with children is preferred. A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!
