Advanced Recreational Gymnastics Coach
About The Position
Birons is seeking coaches for our high level/pre-team recreational gymnastics class. Birons has been a part of the community for over 50 years, and we are passionate about caring for our customers, staff, and community! We are looking for someone who loves working with kids, is eager to learn, and is passionate about teaching. Classes cover multiple elements and apparatuses based on skill level. Birons offers flexible hours, competitive pay, paid training, and a rewarding experience. We are seeking candidates for part-time hours, including evenings. Experience working with children or coaching gymnastics is required. Compensation is based on education, certifications, and experience. We are currently looking for a coach who is available: Monday 4:30-6:30 PM, Tuesday 4:30-6:30 PM, Wednesday 4:30-6:30 PM, Thursday 4:30-6:30 PM If you love kids, want to change their lives for the better, know how to have fun, and enjoy empowering others to do the same, then call us – we'll find a place for you at Birons!
Requirements
- Experience in gymnastics, tumbling, or dance is required.
- Experience working with children or coaching gymnastics is required.
- Must have a contagiously positive and energetic personality that engages kids.
- Must demonstrate maturity in decision-making and take the initiative to solve problems.
- Must have experience working with children in a professional environment.
- Must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills while still exhibiting creativity and silliness.
