About The Position

Requirements

• Experience leading and managing small to medium-sized projects.
• Knowledge of a wide range of quantum computing hardware, control electronics, and environmental control requirements.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to a varied audience both written and verbally.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a manner that leverages various backgrounds and expertise.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience performing research in quantum mechanics and the quantum effects that enable quantum computing, quantum sensing, or quantum networking, or Master's degree and 6+ years of experience, or Doctorate degree and 4+ years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• 15+ years of experience performing research in quantum mechanics and the quantum effects that enable quantum computing, quantum sensing, or quantum networking.
• Experience leading the development of technology business plans and roadmaps.
• Building and managing teams of scientists and engineers to execute against business plans.
• Possession of strong technical writing and speaking skills.
