  • Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience performing research in quantum mechanics and the quantum effects that enable quantum computing, quantum sensing, or quantum networking, or Master's degree and 6+ years of experience, or Doctorate degree and 4+ years of experience.
  • 15+ years of experience performing research in quantum mechanics and the quantum effects that enable quantum computing, quantum sensing, or quantum networking.
  • Experience leading the development of technology business plans and roadmaps.
  • Building and managing teams of scientists and engineers to execute against business plans.
  • Managing associated resources, including hardware and funding.
  • Possession of strong technical writing and speaking skills.
