Requirements

• Current national certification as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
• DEA, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications are required.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the Emergency Department and Urgent Care Center as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
• Participate in an internship program for those inexperienced in Emergency Medicine, involving clinical and didactic experiences.
• Cross credential at Adventist CVN sites: Hanford, Reedley, Selma, and Tulare.
• Utilize Rapid Medical Evaluation® (RME) to reduce wait times and increase patient satisfaction.
