Advanced Project Engineer
About The Position
In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the accurate estimation, successful execution, and timely delivery of engineering and capital projects. Additionally, you will maintain testing schedules, manage resource allocation (MAT demand) and coordinate preliminary and critical design reviews (PDR & CDR), while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving innovation across teams. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead and manage capital projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, including estimates, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
