As an effective team builder, the Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist provides schedule management and analysis related to established or new development programs. We’ll expect you to work with multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per year, by developing the program schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team and analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), and monitoring the contract/program schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads. This position will primarily focus on the schedule management/development side of an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliant baseline, but analyst should also possess a strong understanding of all aspects of EVMS Analyst will support the establishment the program baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team Help drive the program's monthly business rhythm ensuring inputs are received and reports are generated on time to meet strict program reporting deadlines. Perform analysis of historical and predictive metrics, monitor major milestone/deliverable dates and project completion dates Develops time-phased budgets and forecasts by resource loading the schedule based on program team inputs to meet all contract and program objectives Collect and update full program performance data; summarize and review results with program manager and program leads Integrate subcontractor data and/or material data into program data Ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated and resolves network logic conflicts Apply advanced scheduling techniques and analysis (health and quality checks, resource loading, risk analysis) Assists the program in analyzing the critical path and driving paths to identify and manage schedule risk Prepares timely, accurate program review documents in alignment with program monthly business rhythm

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Earned Value Management (EVM), Program Performance Management (PPM), EVM scheduling tool experience required
  • Highly proficient organizational, analysis, and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multi-task high priorities
  • Highly proficient ability to solve problems
  • Able to interface with multiple IPT leads and PMs at multiple locations
  • Effectively and efficiently works within time constraints and adjusts to changing circumstances
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Expert level experience with MS Project or similar scheduling toolset

Nice To Haves

  • Scheduling tool and EVM cost tool integration experience a major plus
  • Prior experience supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews with customers and DCMA EVMS Audits
  • Prior experience integrating MS Project data with Deltek Cobra a major plus
