About The Position

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Production Manager that reports to the location Plant Manager and aids with managing the location's Production department while completing a defined curriculum of activities that will prepare the partner to successfully lead a Rental Production facility within a 24-month timeframe.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Ability to relocate
• 3 to 5 Years of management experience preferred
• Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes

Responsibilities

• Management of an assigned area or areas of the Production department
• Hiring and developing a high performing team
• Managing performance and providing leadership to the team
• Dealing with customer service issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Achieving goals and maintaining inventory
• Managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service
• Providing input on immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives
• Collating and analyzing data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats
• Ensuring that all Production systems and processes in assigned area are in place and functioning properly daily
• Monitoring and updating internal communications systems as needed
• Conducting knowledge management tasks by following established procedures
• Investigating questions related to existing programs, processes and procedures
• Controlling costs and reviewing financial statements with Plant Manager
• Ensuring that all financial aspects of the operation are conducted in a Spartan-like manner
• Interpreting data and identifying answers based on existing processes, procedures, and precedents
• Being held accountable to department specific KPIs
