We’re seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner (PA-C or Nurse Practitioner) to serve our Pahrump clinic, where we’re committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered pain management care. This position offers: 3×12-hour shifts per week (flexible schedule for work-life balance) Housing provided for your 3 on-site days each week We’re working hard to bring a strong provider presence to the Pahrump community — and this role is key to that mission. As an Advanced Practitioner with us, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll conduct thorough examinations, gather detailed medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests to guide life-changing treatment plans. Requirements

Licensure: A valid Nevada State license is required.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You excel at building relationships and communicating clearly with patients and team members.
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with medical terminology, charting, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Analytical Thinker: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex patient care scenarios.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required within 30 days of hire.
