The Advanced Practitioner Fellowship Program at Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is designed to provide intensive training for advanced care practitioners with minimal experience in urgent care. The program aims to equip fellows with the skills necessary to function independently in urgent care settings through a combination of didactic learning, hands-on skills training, and clinical rotations alongside experienced providers. The fellowship runs annually for 4-6 fellows over a period of 4 months, with a focus on both clinical and educational components.
