Prism Health is the only nonprofit LGBTQIA+ health center providing comprehensive primary care, behavioral healthcare, and pharmacy services in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Washington, and Idaho). Since opening its doors in 2017, Prism Health has become a model for culturally specific care and now serves over 1,500 patients with a wide range of services, from day-to-day primary care and pharmacy needs to targeted services like gender-affirming care and specialized population health screenings. Prism Health and Cascade AIDS Project are excited to announce that we are hiring a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APPs). APPs provide primary medical care to LGBTQ+ and other patients, including gender affirming care and HIV/AIDS care. APPs report to the Medical Director of Clinical Leadership. This is a full-time role working in our Portland clinic on SE Belmont Ave or N. Morris St, adjacent to Legacy Emmanuel Hospital. Clinic and work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. A full-time schedule includes 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of admin time each week. Most practitioners work 4 days per week in the clinic, taking their admin time as a work from home day. Starting pay is $150,354.84 to $159,376.13/year, which is equivalent to $72.28 to $76.62/hour.
