We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our close-knit, collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—with time, intention, and partnership. You will work side-by-side with our physician, playing a central role in coordinating and delivering exceptional care to a small, dedicated patient panel. Visits are never rushed—appointments are scheduled for 30–60 minutes to allow for thoughtful dialogue and comprehensive care.

Requirements

Active Arizona NP or PA license
DEA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Passion for Primary Care and Wellness Medicine
Self-directed, adaptable, and team-oriented
Strong communicator who values patient education and relationship-building
Warm, engaging professional committed to growth and excellence

Nice To Haves

Primary care experience preferred; new graduates may apply

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care—assess, diagnose, order and interpret tests, educate, and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate closely with the physician and care team to ensure optimal outcomes
Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR
Build lasting relationships through trust, education, and personalized attention
