Advanced Practice Provider (1939)
About The Position
The APP will work independently under the general supervision of the primary supervising physician, and all physician partners to delivery competent medical care to an age specific population including adults and geriatric patients at The PIMA Heart and Vascular Vein Clinic. This position will perform vein procedures including sclerotherapy, microphlebectomy, radiofrequency ablation, venaseal ablation, as well as office visits. Position to maintain the scope of practice to be consistent with the policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines governed by the Arizona Medical Board, and any other federal or state regulatory agencies, as well as the policies and procedures of PIMA. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of PIMA and USHV.
Requirements
- APP with Vascular experience preferred, not required as we are willing to train the right candidate
- Active AZ license or willing to apply
- Master’s degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or PA program
