We are currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in York, PA. What you can expect at your practice: Exciting opportunity for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our Trauma and Critical Care team at York Hospital Part-time position; rotating day/night schedule with every third weekend Non-Surgical; Experience in trauma/critical care or wound care preferred Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to trauma and critically ill patients, including initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Collaborate with attending physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Manage and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and case conferences Assist in the coordination of patient care, including discharge planning and follow-up care

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Masters Degree For Nurse Practitioner. Required or Bachelors Degree For Physician Assistant. Required Masters Degree For Physician Assistant.
  • Work Experience: 1 year Relevant experience. Required
  • Licenses: Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
  • Courses and Training: BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners and appropriate clinical specialty certification. Upon Hire Required or Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program. Upon Hire Required
