About The Position
About Position: Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and mid-level providers in both inpatient and outpatient settings Participate in operative first assist, pre- and post-operative care, and emergency consults Manage patients in the ICU, step-down, and medical-surgical units Rotate through clinic and hospital-based responsibilities Opportunity to assist with trauma call coverage and complex spine and cranial cases Work in a collegial environment with strong physician support and mentorship Full-time schedule with rotating hospital and clinic duties Participation in call rotation shared among APP team
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practiioner Program
- Current PA-C/NP certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous neurosurgery, surgery, or critical care experience preferred (new graduates with strong surgical interest will be considered)
