About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team at a busy Level II Trauma Center. Our practice includes three attending neurosurgeons and three experienced advanced practice providers who provide comprehensive care for a wide range of neurosurgical conditions. About Position: Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and mid-level providers in both inpatient and outpatient settings Participate in operative first assist, pre- and post-operative care, and emergency consults Manage patients in the ICU, step-down, and medical-surgical units Rotate through clinic and hospital-based responsibilities Opportunity to assist with trauma call coverage and complex spine and cranial cases Work in a collegial environment with strong physician support and mentorship Full-time schedule with rotating hospital and clinic duties Participation in call rotation shared among APP team

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practiioner Program
Current PA-C/NP certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
BLS and ACLS certification required
Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Previous neurosurgery, surgery, or critical care experience preferred (new graduates with strong surgical interest will be considered)
