Mercy Medical Center, the only midsize hospital in the state of Maryland named a “Best Employer” by Forbes Magazine, is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join Mercy’s Glen Burnie location. The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant is an independent health care provider who, working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary health care team, is responsible for providing comprehensive care for our patients (family focused). The NP / PA educates patients and/or any available family members in order to promote wellness, prevent health problems, maintain current health, and intervene in illnesses.
Requirements
- Weekends preferred
- Must possess 2+ years of experience in Adult Medicine
- Must be the graduate of an accredited program with board certification
- License requirements: Current State License
- Must be CPR certified
