Role Overview: Join our dynamic team as an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to deliver top-notch care to Outpatient Neurology and Neuro-Oncology patients! In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team and take the lead in caring for neuro-oncology patients. You’ll ensure exceptional, patient-centered care while creating an environment that supports patients and their families. As a clinical expert, you’ll also provide valuable education and consultation to your colleagues, making a lasting impact on patient outcomes!

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited PA program
  • NCCPA certification
  • Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
  • A minimum of 3 years of related clinical experience
  • Or Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses
  • Related National NP certification
  • Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
  • A minimum of 3 years of related clinical experience
  • Skilled at anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to multitask effectively while managing care for diverse patient populations.
  • Resourceful in securing and utilizing resources efficiently.
  • Strong communicator, ensuring clarity and collaboration.
  • Relatable and comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people.
  • Adaptable, adjusting approach and demeanor to meet the changing demands of various situations in real-time.

Nice To Haves
